About the Minal Shoot

The Minal Shoot is set on approximately 2,500 acres of the glorious Wiltshire Downs. In a wonderful rural location, just outside the town of Marlborough, the shoot is also very easily reached from the West of London - just over one and a quarter hours distance.

The topography of the area has traditionally offered excellent sport with its natural woodland, game covers and rolling farmlands and lends itself ideally to both excellent driven partridge and pheasant shooting.

Our 2008 season starts in October with mixed days of partridge and pheasant.

We run a syndicate of 12 days throughout the season and welcome single guns to join us subject to availability.

On our Driven Corporate Days, we can accommodate full teams of up to 9 guns and will give you an excellent days sport in friendly and relaxed surroundings.

Under the management p of Charles Goucher from Weston Wood Pheasantries based in the SW, you will be guaranteed both a warm, courteous and hospitable day.

Charles has a wealth of sporting knowledge and has been shooting for over 35 years and as such has a ‘keen eye’ on what the paying gun expects.
